UNDERGRADUATE COURSES: Course design and development
For each course that I design and teach I identify my target audience and identify the skills, abilities, behaviors and knowledge that I want students to master. Then I develop a sequence of instructional activities based on principles of Andragogy (adult learning) and cognitive science aligned with learning objectives. I design rubrics and evaluation systems (formative and summative) that are expected to demonstrate the achievement of learning at different levels of Bloom's taxonomy.
