Virtual Reality Simulation for Leadership Skills Development

I am the Principal Investigator in the design of a virtual reality simulation where users can experience conflict across cultures in business settings from different perspectives: as a third person or as a first person. 

When users become part of the simulation as first person they become a business executive from a specific culture and experience a situation of conflict from a different cultural background engaging in interpersonal exchanges mediated by cultural dimensions.
